Just 10 months after the election of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as President of Ghana, the country has been filled with news of vigilante groups belonging to the NPP going on rampage everywhere.
Here are 7 places that have experienced the wrath of these lawless vigilante groups:
1. Toll Booths.
Following the victory of the NPP in the 2016 elections, vigilante groups in the NPP decided to take over the management of toll booths in the country and chase out anybody they believed to be a member of the opposition.
2. Public Toilets.
The macho men in the party also decided to confiscate keys of many public toilets and run them for the NPP. Their motto is that their party is now in power.
3. NADMO Offices.
On 30th October this year, the Invincible forces decided to storm the NADMO office in Techiman, chase out the regional coordinator and instantly became experts in disaster management.
4. Court Houses.
Following the arrest of the NPP vigilante group Delta Force, members of the same stubborn group decided to break into the court, cause commotion and free their incarcerated members.
5. Party Offices.
The NPP macho men of Karaga in the Northern Region decided to lock up their party office and beat up the executives, the police and went as far as freeing some of the of their members that were arrested.
6. School Feeding Kitchens.
The machomen also became professional caterers and took over the management of many School Feeding Kitchens.
7. USAG Congress.
The Invincible forces appeared again, this time disrupting voting of new executives of USAG at their congress which was held at the University Of Development Studies.
8. Tema Metropolitan Assembly
They also decided to storm a Town Hall meeting which was being held at the Tema Metropolitan Assembly and warned that if they are not given jobs as promised, what happened in Kumasi will happen again.
