This is Fuse ODG.
A UK-based Ghanaian artiste and leader of the TINA (This Is New Africa) movement.
In 2007, he teamed up with a charity called Wood World Mission and together they raised funds to build a primary school in Akosombo in Ghana.
If you think that’s it, then think again because Fuse is on a new mission, this time around, he’s teaming up with Chakabars to raise £500,000 to build a Senior High School in Ghana and refurbish another in Jamaica.
In a post on Instagram detailing his plans for the project, he indicated that after both schools are done, they will be linked so the students are connected to each other through technology and curriculum.
Aside traditional education, the students will also be equipped with a number of vocational skills such as carpentry, hairdressing and sewing.
This is to equip them with skills to go out and earn a living once they leave school.
This is very laudable from the Azonto hitmaker. He’s indeed giving back to the society and we can’t help but be on our feet for him.
