Some Ghanaians living in the USA precisely New York took to the streets on Thursday 21st September to protest against the government of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The protest coincided with his maiden speech delivered during the UN General Assembly.
The protestors said they were unhappy with the sharp rise in the cost of living in Ghana, hence their decision to come out and protest.

They also claimed that the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government is targeting former government appointees for prosecution and urged him to stop his unnecessary witch-hunt and focus on governing the country.
